At Cantrip Coffee, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help — no divination spells required!
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for return.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans or other perishable goods, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at hello@cantripcoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if possible so we can make it right.
