Welcome to Cantrip Coffee! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms apply to all users of the site who place orders within the United States.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to place an order with Cantrip Coffee.

2. U.S. Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.

  • Cantrip Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for details. In short:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only non-perishable, unused items in original packaging are eligible.

  • Coffee beans and other perishable goods are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

6. Product Availability

We do our best to keep our site updated with current inventory, but all products are subject to availability. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options or issue a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cantrip Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
